  1. Ranela R. Reyes says:

most of the trees lining the fence inside the previous mr. golf which is said to be the future site for walter mart are being cut right now with a chainsaw, how come there is no media coverage for this? even if they say that it has been approved by DENR, is it not an interesting topic to tackle- the murder of trees? how come they were given permission to kill these trees? who owns this establishment? are they even filipinos? why are they so willing to sacrifice the environment? is it enough if they promise to replace the uprooted trees? are they not smart enough to work around these beautiful trees? are their trees going to affect their market so much that they have to cut them down? by the time you read this message the trees lining their fence would have probably be all gone, because they are really in a great hurry to cut all of them so that all protest will fall on deaf ears. if they did promise to do something to compensate for the massacre of these trees, who will account for their actions? who will make sure that they do replace this great lost for our environment? is it possible for you to make a follow- up, and make them responsible and make them replace something that is of incalculable value just to make sure that there is justice for unaccountable lost not only for nature but humanity?
