Sisig

Sisig is a well known dish in Philippines and probably the most famous Pampanga Cuisine. Its ingredient comes from parts of Pig’s head and its meat. It is usually blended with lime, soy sauce and hot pepper. Frequently, this dish is served as a beer mate but it is best served with rice.
