Sersia Juan (Apung Sersia), on 1908, before World War II, started Razon’s heritage of preparing halo-halo.  She was preceded by her daughter,  Martha Razon (Apung Malta), mother of Conrado, Severina, Elena, Virginia (the four people whom you will usually see in Razon’s Picture) and their other siblings. Apung Malta then passed the heritage to her daughters.  Severina, Elena and Virginia run the business with the help of their younger relatives. The family business was first put up in Guagua, Pampanga.
